About Us
Ron was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. During his teenage years he lived in a housing project and money was always tight. Throughout it all, Ron’s parents taught him the value of helping others. Ron didn’t go to college until later in his life when he was a single dad raising his son. After marrying his present wife, Ruth, whom he met on the job, he got involved in real estate investment.
Ron started out as a landlord 27 years ago and is proud of the fact that some of his tenants have remained with him for 26 years. In 2009, he was awarded the Humanitarian Plaque as Landlord of the Year in Camden County, NJ. In 2006, Ron formed Campostella Properties, LLC, a real estate solutions company based in Marlton, NJ. Campostella Properties, LLC is a family-owned business with a focus on helping homeowners find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell your house for all kinds of reasons.
